1) All the pneumatic components used are from Japan SMC Co***ny and Germany FESTO Co***ny.
2) Controlling part adopts Siemens PLC which is also imported from Japan. Cross wire ***ce is
controlled by programming. It is easy to change the cross wire distance just from the touch screen.
According to customer¡¯s request, it is possible to have different cross wire ***ce in the same mesh
sheet.
3) Display is a touchable screen which adopts human-machine communication interface. Language
is available from English to any other types required by customer. Anyone who knows the language
is able to operate the machine.
4) Every part of the machine line has automatic inspection and alarming system. In case of any
error occurs, the machine will stop automatically and a notice message will appear on the display
accordingly.
5) Servo system adopts Siemens products. They are controlled by bus-mastering.
6) The material of welding electrodes is alloy copper. They are design to square, so one electrode can
be used more than one time by turning over it.
7) It adopts compelling water cycle cooling system for all welding electrodes, lead wires and welding
transformer.
8) Material for all the important parts is hard alloy steel. They are under several times process of high
temperature to get extreme high rigidity and tenacity. The surface is under special anticorrosion
treatment, guarantee they are durable.
